This magnificent sea view villa is situated in small picturesque village Sumartin in Brac Island, only 150 meters from the sea and beautiful Sumartin beaches.

Villa is set up on 2 floors and consists of 2 luxurious equipped apartments. Each apartment is on its own floor, and has separate outdoor entrance.
In total, villa has 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 dining rooms, 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, laundry room, furnished sea view balcony and terrace in front, as well as outdoor swimming pool, outdoor barbecue, and outdoor covered dining area.
Villa accommodates up to 12 guests.

Ground floor:
Ground floor apartment has fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave oven, filter coffee machine, espresso coffee maker, toaster, fridge with freezer, kettle, dishwasher, bar equipment for cocktails, and all dishes and cooking plus eating utensils. There is a dining area, and next to it is a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. Next is a living room with sitting garniture (sofa and armchairs) with sofa that may easily be transformed into a comfortable extra bed for 2 persons, LCD SAT TV, and Hi-fi audio system.
Whole area is covered with free Wi-Fi Internet access. Living room has an exit to the pool terrace.
Here are also two double bedrooms.
One bedroom is with double bed and another one is with two single / twin beds. There are three bathrooms at the ground floor.
Each bedroom has its private bathroom with bath tub, and the third one is shared bathroom with shower tub.

First floor:
Up to the outdoor stairs from the pool terrace, is second, spacious fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave oven, filter coffee machine, espresso coffee maker, toaster, fridge with freezer, kettle, dishwasher, bar equipment for cocktails, and all dishes and cooking plus eating utensils. Near the kitchen is a dining area with beautiful table and chairs. Next is a living room with comfortable sofa that may be transformed into an extra bed for 2 persons. Living room is equipped with LCD SAT TV and Hi-fi audio system. Living room has an exit to the beautiful balcony with sitting garniture made of rattan and amazing sea view for full relaxation.
At the first floor are two bedrooms, both with double beds. Each bedroom has its accompanying bathroom. First bathroom is with bathtub, and second is with Jacuzzi bathtub and shower tub.

Outside:
In front of this luxury villa in Island Brac is a large terrace with swimming pool surrounded by sun beds. Next to the pool is a large stone made barbecue with the sink.
There is also covered part of the terrace with large table and chairs perfect for having meals or evening gatherings.

Damage deposit: 300,00 € (payable upon arrival and returned upon departure)

Villa is a large complex that consists of 2 buildings.
First building is villa with the capacity of 8+4 persons, and second building consists of 3 apartments with total the capacity of 8+6.
Hence, complex may accommodate up to 26 people.
