This fabulous beach villa is located in a superb location, in a small bay; this villa is only 10 meters distanced from the sea and beautiful pebble beach.

Luxury villa is situated in 16 600 square meters private land, and certainly everything you need while you’re on vacations, this villa offers.
There is 100 m2 large swimming pool with heating possibility, large terrace with furniture, barbecue and gazebo, lawn with olive groves, pure nature surrounding with mountain on one side, and sea / beach on the other side.
Villa is constructed on 2 floors and it consists of spacious kitchen, dining area, 2 living rooms, 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 2 toilet rooms.
Villa accommodates 14 to 16 guests.
Ground floor:
Spacious living room equipped with all modern technology and glass door open toward garden with swimming pool and view spreading to the sea. Near is spacious, fully equipped kitchen with small dining table.
Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub is also at the ground floor of this luxury villa.
First floor:
Spacious dining with living area dominates to this floor. Entire floor is covered with glass walls which provide additional lightning into the whole villa and offer amazing sea view from the most of the rooms here.
At the first floor are 6 bedrooms. 5 bedrooms are with double beds, and one bedroom is with 2 single / twin beds. 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, while other 3 bedrooms have shared bathroom with bathtub. There is also one separated toilet room at this floor.
Entire villa is air-conditioned, covered with free Wi-Fi Internet access, and most of the bedrooms are equipped with LCD SAT TV.
Outside:
Villa is surrounded by 16 600 square meters of private property enriched with lawn, olive groves, beautiful garden with various flowers, and terrace in front with terrace furniture, covered gazebo with dining area next to the outdoor barbecue / grill, and large 100 square meters swimming pool with heating possibility surrounded with comfortable sun beds, sun umbrellas, and terrace sitting furniture.
Villa offers private boat mooring; for boats up to 37 meters long. Private parking is near the villa, as well as private garage.
