Villa is located in quiet part of Sutivan, right in front of the sea and beautiful beach.
Only 5 minutes walking along the sea coast, it is Sutivan center where you will find few grocery stores, restaurants, bars, post office, ATM... and Sutivan center.
In villa yard you may enjoy amazing sea view in front from the beautiful infinity swimming pool surrounded by sun beds.
There is also outdoor lounge area for full relaxation.
Inside is kitchen with dining and living area, 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and one additional toilet for guests.
