Originally built during the baroque period, in 1612. it has been completely renovated and adjusted to modern way of life at the same time fully respecting the rules of Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments, as villa is a part of Protected Cultural Monuments.
Villa is only few steps distanced from the sea and from its balcony it offers gorgeous views to the sea, yachts, and Fortica - 16th Century fortress, and Pakleni islands.
Inside, across 3 floors, villa consists of well equipped kitchen with dining area, spacious open plan living room with library and fireplace, and 5 luxury double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom.
Addition of this luxury heritage villa is indoor / outdoor swimming pool with heating possibility, Jacuzzi, sauna, wine cellar and beautiful garden full of Mediterranean plants which surrounds beautiful terrace.
Villa offers perfect luxury accommodation for 10 guests.
Special feature of the villa are wellness facilities such as Jacuzzi hot tub, sauna room and massage table, which definitely provide full relaxation for guests, all set on the lower ground floor. There is also a private wine cellar within the villa, available at extra charge.
Indoor heated swimming pool is surrounded by the sliding glass walls which make it transformable into outdoor season pool, according to the wishes.
Villa is fully air conditioned and modernly equipped, providing nothing but true relaxation and great vacation in the heart of town Hvar.
