This stone paved property is located 2 kilometers from town Jelsa, in the middle of island Hvar, from where are offered breathtaking views to the sea, nature full of greenery, and natural shades.
Front yard consists of numerous details and corners adjusted just to offer full relaxation and all you need during the holidays.
Besides 30 square meters sized heated swimming pool from where you may enjoy adorable views and relax, there is summer kitchen with all necessary appliances, barbecue / grill, and large dining table with wooden benches and chairs, comfortable for 12 people.
At the other parts of villa yard you will find corners to sit and relax or gather and enjoy in really authentic atmosphere arranged in order to offer you peace for heart and soul.

In total, inside property has kitchen and handy kitchen, 2 dining areas, living room, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms.
Bigger house is set up on 2 floors connected by internal stairs and has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and living room with sofa that may be extra bed for 2 people. Bedrooms are air conditioned.
Smaller house consists of 1 double bedroom, kitchen, dining, living area with 2 sofas - each sofa may be extra bed for 1 person, and bathroom. It is also air conditioned.
ADDITIONAL OBLIGATION AND POLICIES:
Damage deposit: 300, 00 € (payable directly to the owner upon arrival and returned upon departure).
