This charming house is situated in small place Tisno, island Murter.
The biggest advantage is beautiful spacious terrace with infinity swimming pool and Jacuzzi, covered patio with outdoor dining area, outdoor grill, and maintained garden with various plants and flowers which altogether offers relaxing and peaceful atmosphere.
As it is located above sea level, but only 50 meters from the sea and beautiful beach, the view from above is breathtaking.
House offers privacy but at the same time it is in the vicinity to the sea, beautiful beaches, and center with shops, restaurants, and all other facilities.
Inside, decorated in antique style, house offers additional Dalmatian charm and feeling of home.
It consists of spacious kitchen, dining area, large living room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.
House accommodates 6 to 8 guests.

Inside is spacious, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. Next is dining area with table and seats.
Spacious living room offers antique furniture and comfy sofa that may be transformed into extra double bed.
There are also 3 spacious double bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with shower.

Outside:
House is surrounded by greenery; olive and pine trees, amazing garden with herbs and species, rosemary, lavender, various flowers, and other Mediterranean plants.
Pool terrace offers pure relaxation; infinity swimming pool and separated but connected Jacuzzi pool, all surrounded by sun beds and umbrellas.
There's also another sea view terrace with an outside stone barbecue / grill, as a part of covered patio with dining table and chairs.
House also provides free parking spaces.

ADDITIONAL OBLIGATIONS AND POLICIES:
Damage deposit: 500,00 € (payable upon arrival and returned upon departure)

PLEASE NOTE: Prices are based on accommodation of 6 guests. Additional guests (max. up to 8) are additionally charged per person per night - upon request; depending on rental period.

Tourist tax is included in accommodation price.
