Villa accommodates 8 to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms.

Ground floor
Ground floor is spreading on 85 m2 and has 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom, shower bathroom and bathroom with bathtub. Functional kitchen and living area with sofa bed, LCD TV with exit to the terrace trough double glass door. Kitchen and living are air conditioned.

First floor
Outside stairs leads to the first floor sized 110 m2 and compromises of 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 3 bathrooms and fully equipped modern kitchen with large living area. Living area has beautiful sofa bed comfortable for 2 guests, SAT LCD TV, and provides lovely views trough large glass windows. Outside is large balcony with sitting garniture and partial sea views. Kitchen is equipped with stove, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, microwave... Kitchen and living area are air-conditioned.

Internet is available by mobile USB.

Outside
Northern side of the villa has lovely terrace with stone fireplace, perfect for family dinners on hot summer nights. Southern side of the house has 7x3 swimming pools with sun beds and outdoor shower.
10 parking places are available for villa guests
