Stylish Komiza House Perfect for Family Vacations

This beautiful stone house is located in center of Komiza town in Vis Island, only 50 meters from the sea.
Komiza is picturesque place, and definitely a birthplace of fishing as a main cultural tradition in this part of Adriatic.
The very center of Komiza is plexus of narrow streets and stone houses with the major front point, beautiful promenade in front of the sea full of restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pastries, and all other facilities and attractions.
This promenade is only 2 minutes walking distanced from the house, 50 meters.
House is divided in 2 parts, as 2 separated apartments.
Accommodates 7 guests.

Apartment 1;
First apartment consists of kitchen with charming dining area and living room.
There is also one toilet.
Up to the inner staircases is one bedroom with 3 beds, one double and one extra bed for child.
There is also bathroom with shower.

Apartment 2;
Second apartment also consists of kitchen with dining, living area, and one bedroom with double bed plus one single bed which may be transformed into a bed for 2 people. Bedroom is at the upper floor.
There is also bathroom with shower, washing machine, and hairdryer.
Living room sofa may also be used as an extra bed if needed.

Both apartments have washing machine, air condition, flat screen SAT TV, hairdryer, and free Wi-Fi Internet access.
Baby cot and high chair are available upon prior request.

Terrace in front of the apartment offers terrace furniture, all surrounded by beautiful garden, which provides smell of lemons enriched with smell of the sea and Mediterranean.

ADDITIONAL OBLIGATIONS AND POLICIES:
Damage deposit: 200, 00 € (payable directly to the owner/manager upon arrival and returned upon departure)
PLEASE NOTE: Cleaning fee and tourist tax are not included in accommodation prices, and are payable upon the arrival in villa in amount of 132 € per stay (week or less).
Please note: Prices displayed in calendar are for 5 guests occupancy in house.
Extra persons (maximum 2 extra) are additionally charged 40 euro per person per day.
