Luxury Rustic Villa with Swimming Pool in Vis Island

This traditional stone villa is located in complete seclusion and offers relaxing vacations surrounded by pure nature. Villa consists of 2 buildings, 2 old stone houses completely renovated to provide all necessary luxury facilities for the modern people but at the same time respecting the architecture and tradition of building the typical Dalmatian houses.

In total, both houses together have three fully equipped kitchens, living and dining areas, 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and beautiful yard in front with swimming pool and other accompanying facilities.

Villa accommodates 12 people.

Bigger house consists of 2 floors.
Ground floor:
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, dishes and all eating and cooking utensils, spacious dining area with table and chairs for 10 people, and charming living area corner with sofa and LCD SAT TV are situated on ground floor. There is also stylishly decorated family bathroom with shower and 2 double bedrooms with large antique closet, both equipped with air condition units.

First floor:
First floor contains one double bedroom with king size bed, one twin bedroom with 2 separated / twin beds, and spacious living area with large comfortable sofa. Living room is equipped with LCD SAT TV, DVD player, and Hi-fi system. There is also one shelf full of various books, DVDs and CDs.

Smaller house:
Smaller house consists of 2 apartments.
First apartment have fully equipped small kitchen, dining area with small table and chairs, and comfy sofa bed that may be transformed into an extra bed for 2 people. Living room is also equipped with LCD SAT TV. There is one double bedroom with king size bed, and one bathroom.

Second apartment is large studio apartment with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area with fireplace and Italian sofa, and LCD SAT TV and one bathroom with shower. One double bed is also a part of second apartment, and it is located in gallery of the apartment connected by stairs.

Villa also offers fitness room and laundry room.

Outside:
This is an ideal place for big families or groups of friends, and even for private events and weddings. Joyful evening gatherings, all day sun bathing, colorful flowers, pure luxury and complete privacy. Sounds like a heaven, and that's how it is.
Luxury facilities such as 50m2 swimming pool equipped with Jacuzzi, beautiful terrace with grill / BBQ under the pine trees, and covered outdoor large dining table with chairs provide relaxing atmosphere.
Villa is situated within large vineyards and olive groves which provide absolute privacy and relaxation. Fenced area around is decorated with well cared gardens with Mediterranean plants and aromatic herbs and species, hammock on the terrace, and lawn all around.

Damage deposit: 500,00 € (payable upon arrival and returned upon departure)
Tourist tax is included in accommodation price.
Villa prices in calendar are for the occupancy of maximum 12 people in villa.
There is possibility to add up to 4 extra beds for children, so it is possible to accommodate 12 adults and 4 children in villa.
Extra beds are exclusively for child use. It is upon prior request and it may be additionally charged.
