Inside, villa is set up on 2 floors and it consists of kitchen with dining and living room, 5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, one guests' toilet, storage and laundry room.
Villa accommodates 10 to 12 guests.

Ground floor:
At the ground floor is fully equipped kitchen with all appliances such as dishwasher, stone, oven, refrigerator, wine fridge, coffee/tea maker, blender, microwave, toaster, dishes, and utensils... There is a breakfast bar in the kitchen, so guests may enjoy breakfast or snack; right next is dining area suitable for 10-12 people, and living room area with comfy corner sofa, indoor fireplace, flat screen SAT / Cable TV, CD/DVD player, radio, video library...
Living room area is opened on the outdoor terrace by slide glass doors which gives plenty of brightness to this area.
At this floor is one bedroom with king size double bed, en - suite bathroom, and exit to the outdoor terrace.
One shared toilet room, as well as storage and laundry room with washing machine are also at this floor.

Upper floor:
Up to the internal staircases are 4 bedrooms.
All bedrooms have exit to the private balcony with gorgeous views.
2 bedrooms are with king size double beds and en.suite bathrooms with shower with possibility to add 1 extra bed in each.
3rd bedroom also has king size double bed, while 4th bedroom at this floor has 2 single / twin beds.
These 2 bedrooms share bathroom with shower.

All bedrooms are fully equipped, as well as bathrooms which offer; hairdryer, towels, soap, shampoo, paper towels, basic toiletries.
Villa is air conditioned, has central heating system, and free Wi-fi Internet access.

Outside:
Front terrace with outdoor pool is central part of the villa. Pool is freshwater pool with a custom fitted overflow system and environmentally ionized water (instead of chlorine cleaning).
From the terrace you may enjoy in beautiful views and sunsets by the sea.
Around the pool are sunbeds and umbrellas. Outdoor shower is also available.
Aside is partly covered dining area with table and chairs for 12, as well as summer kitchen with built in barbecue.
Cascade maintained gardens are full of beautiful plants and trees, such as; mature palm trees, olive trees, citrus, agave, rosemary and other herbs and vegetables.
Gardens with its greenery add additional value as well as tranquility and peace to this beautiful spot.
Villa is perfect seaside setting to enjoy the sun and sea with family and friends and to explore one of the most beautiful Croatian island - island Vis and its untouched nature and amazing hidden bays.

Private covered parking suitable for 5 cars is available on site.

Security Damage deposit: 1.000,00 € (payable upon arrival and returned upon departure).
Tourist tax is included in accommodation price.
