This luxury villa is located in Gornja Podgora, in the heart of Makarsa Riviera, just few minutes away from Gate of Biokovo Mountain (Vrata Biokova) which is the entrance to the Croatian Nature Park Biokovo.
Villa is surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean garden and it offers an amazing sea view on entire Makarska Riviera and Islands Brac and Hvar from above.

Besides tastefully decorated terrace and maintained garden, there is swimming pool and terrace furniture.
Inside, villa is set up on 3 floors and consists of modernly equipped kitchen and dining area, living room, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, one separated toilet and storage room.
Villa accommodates up to 10 people.
Ground floor:
This floor is situated under the main – first floor. The inner stairs from the main floor leads down to the ground floor where two bedrooms are situated. Both bedrooms are modernly furnished with double beds, LCD SAT TV, safe deposit box and balconies with beautiful sea view. Both bedrooms also have en-suite bathroom with shower and toiletries included.
First floor – Main floor:
This floor is also the main floor of the villa since all common rooms are here, and it has exit to the pool terrace which is lined up with this floor.
At the first floor there is fully equipped spacious and modernly furnished kitchen with bar table equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking and eating utensils needed. Next is a dining area with table and chairs, opened onto pool terrace and another, outside dining area with table and chairs, as well.
Next is a tastefully designed living area with sofa that may be transformed into an extra bed for two persons, armchair, LCD SAT TV, Hi-fi system, coffee table, and glass balcony doors that offers breathtaking sea view. At this floor are also storage room with washing machine and dryer, as well as one separated toilet room for common usage.
Second floor:
Up to the inner stairs are two more bedrooms, both with double beds, LCD SAT TV, safe deposit box, amazing sea view balconies with furniture, and en-suite bathrooms with shower and toiletries.
Entire villa is air conditioned and covered with free Wi-Fi Internet access.
Outside:
This amazing luxury villa is surrounded by well cared garden full of Mediterranean species and herbs, such as lavender, rosemary, sage, as well as olive and tangerine trees which altogether makes natural shade and cozy atmosphere. Beautiful swimming pool also offers amazing sea view as well as pool games equipment. Pool terrace is furnished with sun beds, seating garnitures, outdoor shower, and outdoor barbecue / grill.
Near the villa is parking place for 4 cars. Villa is easy accessible by car.
