Located in privacy, in pine tree forest this luxury mansion has panoramic sea view. Villa is surrounded by spacious garden full of Mediterranean plants and stone paths that go through.

Stay in this mansion provides you with complete privacy on 400 square meters of living area and 900 square meters of fenced and decorated area around the villa.

Luxury villa Arbanija Island Ciovo consists of fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area, 7 bedrooms, 2 galleries, 6 bathrooms, and toilet. Outside is swimming pool with pool area, beautiful garden, and covered tavern with grill / BBQ.
Villa accommodates up to 18 persons.

This luxury mansion is designed on 3 floors. The spacious rooms inside reflect modernity and are equipped with carefully chosen designer furniture.

Ground floor:
Ground floor has separate entrance. Inside are two spacious double bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms with shower tub, sofas, and exits to the balcony.

First floor:
The stairs lead to the first floor. In front of the entrance is large covered terrace with sitting furniture and unique sea view. Inside is completely modern and fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, side by side fridge and freezer, juicer, blender, and toaster) dining area with dining table and chairs, as well as large living room with comfortable corner couch, modern furniture, SAT LCD TV and DVD player. There is also common toilet. This part is opened into a balcony, separated by glass doors.
There are three bedrooms on this floor. First one is a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is with queen bed, and the third one is twin bedroom, with two separate beds. There is also another, shared bathroom with shower tub.

First and second floor are connected with another outer stairs.

Second floor:
Second floor consist of 2 separated two storey apartments. Both apartments are spacious and consists of modern and fully equipped kitchen, dining area with table and chairs, comfortable sofa in living room area and SAT LCD TV & DVD & Hi-Fi audio equipment. There is double bedroom with king size bed and bathroom with shower tub. Both apartments have gallery above with two separate single beds.
First apartment has its own balcony (17m2) with sitting furniture, while second apartment has beautiful spacious terrace (24m2) with sitting garniture.

Outside:
Beside beautiful sunny but also shaded terraces and balconies with sitting garnitures, there is beautiful front yard with garden full of authentic Mediterranean plants and stone paths in between. In the middle of the yard is the swimming pool (32m2). In front of the pool there are sun beds with sun umbrellas and sitting furniture for complete relax during the day but also during the evenings thanks to the intimate lightning around the pool. Near the pool there is tavern with grill /BBQ and big dining table.
