This beautiful holiday house is located in small sea place Stanici in Riviera Omis.
As house is situated just little bit above Adriatic highway, it offers amazing sea view from beautiful terraces and bedrooms.
House is distanced only 150 meters from the sea and beautiful beaches, and 300 meters from the center of place Stanici where you will find restaurants, bars, shops…
House yard is fenced and surrounded by greenery, thus it provides relaxing holidays in peace and privacy.
Terraces in front are equipped with barbecue / grill and dining area, as well as with outdoor shower.
Inside, house has 2 floors and consists of kitchen with dining area, living room, 2 bedrooms, and bathroom.
House accommodates 6 guests.

Ground floor:
At the ground floor you will find kitchen with appliances (dishes, stove, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, glasses, and other cookeries and cutleries needed).
Right next to the kitchen is dining area with table and chairs, and living room with comfy corner sofa and LCD SAT TV. At this floor, right next to the staircases that leads at the upper floor, is completely renovated bathroom with shower.

First floor:
Up to the stairs are two bedrooms. Bigger bedroom has one double bed and 2 separated single beds, thus it may accommodate 4 people. This bedroom also has a balcony with amazing sea view all the way to the island Brac. Smaller room has two single / twin beds and view at the sea and island Brac.

Outside:
Front yard of the house is fenced and completely on guests’ disposal. There are 2 terraces; one is with barbecue and stone dining table with chairs, and at the other terrace is outdoor shower with warm water.
Both terraces offer beautiful sea view and natural shade since all around is greenery.
This house is perfect for relaxing holidays near the sea.
2 open air parking places are near the house at guests’ disposal.

Damage deposit: 1500, 00 € (payable upon arrival and returned upon departure)
