Outside:
Private swimming pool 32 m2 with 8 sun loungers, charcoal BBQ, and garden furniture are set outside of this amazing villa.
Parking for 5 cars is available.
ADDITIONAL OBLIGATIONS AND POLICIES:
Damage deposit: 300 € (payable to the owner upon arrival and returned upon departure)
Tourist tax is included in accommodation price.
Note: The owner lives on the top floor of the building and it will be at your disposal for any kind of assistance or advice while always respecting your privacy.
Well behaved pets are welcome with an extra cleaning charge of 50 Euros per pet per week.
