The estate is situated in the heart of Gorski Kotar – green inland of Croatia – but distanced only 30 driving minutes to beautiful the Adriatic Sea and 1 driving an hour to the city of Zagreb. 10 acres of private land is what makes this property truly unique- with many entertainment facilities like a private ski slope, tennis court, soccer field and swimming pool.

Gorski Kotar is a green oasis of Croatia, well known for unspoiled nature and small charming villages where the travelers can enjoy in many events like making homemade blueberry grappa, a contest in stew making,..etc..

The property has 3 lovely houses that can accommodate 9 to 15 guests.

Main House
The main house spreads on three floors; basement of this charming house is a place for socializing- large wooden dining table for 20 guests, entertainment space with lounge area and fireplace, pianino, TV, small wine cellar, darts and billiard table.There is a small kitchenette on this floor too. The first floor comprises large rustic kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge/freezer, cooking cutlery), dining area with fireplace, twin bedroom, single bedroom, a bathroom with washing machine, sauna, and separate toilet. From the ground floor, a small hallway leads to the pool, which is indoor, but with a large terrace with view on the property and the vast forest. Also, in addition, to the pool is a bathroom for the users of the pool. The first floor consists of Master double bedroom and en suite bathroom. This bedroom has a private balcony overlooking entire property.

Second house
This small house accommodates 4 guests in one double bedroom and a pull out sofa bed in living room with T. There is also a kitchen with dining table and a bathroom. Because of its size, it gives that warm feeling of home. There is a terrace with wooden table and chairs to enjoy looking at the entire estate.

Third house
This house accommodates 4 guests and is located on the top of the ski slope (distanced 300 m from the main house); hidden from the rest of the estate. In front, there is a beautiful terrace which looks straight into the forest that surrounds the entire property. At the entrance is a guest toilet. On the ground floor is a large room that combines living room with fireplace, dining room with a table for 10 people and a kitchen.From this unique area, stairs lead to a small isolated area with a sofa and TV. Double en suite bedroom is accessible from this area.

Not far from this house is hunting stand and behind the fence is a feeder for animals and you can often catch sight of bears or deer, who come for the food.

Outside
Large estate with 3 lakes, surrounded by unspoiled nature and a green wood is a truly remarkable holiday destination. The guests have a tennis court, soccer field, local spring water, paths and quad available for use. Large garden table for 20 guests and outdoor BBQ is next to the main house.

The whole estate is fenced and therefore very private.

Grocery delivery and daily delivery of an authentic food like fresh homemade bread, cow cheese, and homemade blubbery jam are possible. (additionally charged).

Damage deposit: 700 € (payable to the owner upon arrival and returned upon departure)
