This luxury stone villa is located Split. Town of Split is the one of the most beautiful Croatian towns au pair with famous Mediterranean cities with perfect location on Adriatic coast, mild climate, and amazing ancient history starting 1700 years ago with construction of Diocletian’s Palace which is today the most attractive historical monument, and the only preserved palace of Roman emperors in the world.
Situated in elite neighborhood, in the slopes of Marjan Forest Park, which is also the green oasis of Split, it is just 5 minutes walk distanced from Split center and Diocletian’s Palace. It is built of famous Brac stone and other high quality materials in Dalmatian style, completely renovated in 2007, and equipped with stylish furniture and luxury amenities in order to provide comfortable and luxury accommodation in quiet and secluded area with beautiful garden, terrace, and swimming pool in front.
Luxury stone villa consists of 2 floors and basement and it has fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sauna, gym, and laundry room.
Villa accommodates up to 10 people.

Ground floor:
In the nicely designed Italian kitchen is ceramic hob, oven and microwave oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and electric water jug. There are also all needed crockery, cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses to enable the preparation and enjoyment of meals. Beside kitchen, ground floor has three connected spacious areas (120m2): dining room, living room, and working room with TV. This is ideal place to gather, watch LCD SAT TV, DVD, or listen to the music. Living room has a sofa that may be transformed into an extra bed for 2 guests. This area is connected to the pool and terrace around through loggia. Loggia is ideal place to have a peaceful breakfast or morning coffee. Ground floor also has one shared bathroom with shower bath.

First floor:
Four bedrooms are up to the stairs. First bedroom has antique furniture, king size bed, and beautiful sea view on the harbor and Island Brac. Second bedroom has double bed and large terrace with fabulous view on Island Brac and Split harbor. Third bedroom is twin, with two separate single beds as well as beautiful sea view. Fourth bedroom is with double bed and view on Park-Forest Marjan. Safe deposit box is in the hallway.
Two luxury equipped bathrooms with double washbasins and hydro-massage bath tubs are also on the first floor.

Basement:
Sauna room and bathroom with shower tub, as well as fitness room are situated in the basement. There is also laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Outside:
On the spacious outside terrace you will find swimming pool and sun beds and sun umbrellas around the pool, terrace furniture, and outside shower near the pool. Swimming pool with inner and outer lightning make possible to chill out in the pool even during the evening hours, or to enjoy the meal around the pool prepared on outside grill. Whole area around the villa is full of greenery and traditional Dalmatian plants, fenced with stone wall.
