This exclusive villa is located in most elite part of town Split, and it is right in front of the sea and beach.
It is also only 10 minutes walking distance from center of Split and famous Diocletian’s Palace which is listed as world protected heritage of UNESCO.
This luxury villa is 100 years old house that is been completely renovated in 2004 under the supervision of Croatian Institute for Protection of Cultural Monuments, as this villa has its historical value.
Front yard is fenced by stone walls, and thus it provides complete privacy and peace for its guests.
In front are large swimming pool and separated Jacuzzi, and amazing garden with greenery, lawn, and Mediterranean plants.
Inside, set up on 3 floors, are kitchen, dining and living room, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, one toilet, sauna, gym, and library.
Villa accommodates 10 guests.

Ground floor:
At the ground floor are fully equipped kitchen with bar table and chairs, dining area with stylish table and chairs, and living room with comfy leather sofa, coffee table, and LCD SAT TV. Near is one bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.

First floor:
Up to the inner staircases, is one more, fully equipped and stylishly furnished kitchen, spacious hall with fireplace, large dining room with table and chairs which is opened onto balcony with sitting furniture that offers amazing view, and spacious living room with comfy leather sofas, lovely coffee table, and LCD SAT TV.
Near is separate library room equipped with office desk, so you may read or work in peace in privacy.
At this floor is also separated corner with sauna, fitness room, as well as one shared toilet room.

Second floor:
At this floor are 4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms with double beds have en-suite bathrooms and private terraces with terrace furniture and gorgeous sea view. The other 2 bedrooms also have double beds, private balconies with amazing sea view, and one shared bathroom with shower.

Entire villa is air conditioned, equipped with central heating system, and covered with free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside:
1000 square meters sized front yard of this luxury seafront villa consists of carefully decorated garden with Mediterranean plants and palm trees that makes natural shade, and provide relaxing atmosphere.
Terraces are equipped with stylish sitting furniture and there is lovely dining corner with large table and chairs; while right near is barbecue / grill perfect for enjoying of fresh prepared meals while breathing the fresh air enriched by sea breeze. Here are also large swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and sun beds for full relaxation.
