This beautiful 500 years old stone villa was recently renovated and enriched with heated swimming pool. Today this is most wanted villa for a romantic getaway, honeymoon or just a place where our travelers want to spend their holiday while in Croatia. Vinisce is small fisherman village on Trogir Riviera with beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea.
The villa is on the top of the hill but you will be amazed by wonderful sea views from villas terrace. You will have full privacy in this villa since the town and the first store is distanced within 10 walking minutes
Villa accommodates 4 guests in 2 bedrooms.
First house
Guests are entering into a delightful living room with stone walls, leather sofas around the indoor fireplace, a double bed hidden behind a curtain and a bathroom. On the mezzanine is another double bed.
The villa has free Wi-FI.
Second house
The second house is a separate kitchen with all modern appliances like oven, stove, coffee machine. Fridge, freezer.
Villas are supplied with solar energy and solar heating system for water.
Outside
Terrace with heated swimming pool 8x3 and a covered sunbed offering the most beautiful sea views is outside of the villa. Two bicycles are there for guests use.
Two parking places are next to the villa.
