At this floor is also toilet room and 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Kitchen / living area is opened onto garden - terrace in front.

Up to the internal staircases are 3 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom with shower or bathtub and balcony.
Entire villa is air conditioned and has free Wi-Fi Internet access.
