Living room with LCD SAT TV enriched with lovely fireplace, modern kitchen with all appliances, toilet, and one bedroom with en-suite bathroom are situated on the ground floor.
The glass door opens to garden terrace and pool area.
First floor:
Three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balcony are on the first floor of this beautiful villa.
From here, stairs leads to roof terrace with breathtaking views.
All bedrooms and common areas are air conditioned. Free We Fi access.
Outside:
24 m2 large swimming pool with sun beds, sitting garniture and barbecue are just in front of the villa making the yard the place where you would spend most of your hot summer days.
Private parking for 2 cars is available next to the villa.

Damage deposit: 400,00 € (payable directly to the villa owner / manager upon arrival and returned upon departure)
