There is a fenced garden around the house compromising a swimming pool, terrace with TV and mini bar, hammock between olive trees, and a children corner.
The olive trees and vineyard surrounding the villa creates relaxing and domestic atmosphere.
Made in traditional style while the stone is used as the main building material, this villa presents lovely blend with surrounding nature.
It will take 10 minutes of drive to reach the beach, but you have the opportunity to rent a bicycle in the house and actively explore Zadar hinterland.
Villa accommodates 5 to 7 guests.

Next are one double bedroom, one triple bedroom (double bed plus single bed) and bathroom.

Stone covered veranda with wooden table and fireplace next to the pool is a place where most of the guests spends their time.
It provides domestic atmosphere and is perfect for meal preparing and serving.
The swimming pool area has sun beds, outdoor shower, mini bar, and TV, while stone walls ensure privacy.
Parking for 3 cars is available right next to the villa.
