Modern Villa in Smolonje near Omis is a newly built large and spacious villa (233m2) with private pool.
It consists of a large living room, fully equipped kitchen (oven and electric stove, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker), 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 1 toilet, and a large terrace / garden in front of the house. All bedrooms are air conditioned.
Glorious views are enjoyed from the carefully decorated bedrooms; the view on the main garden and pool, the elevated garden, Mosor Mountain, creek, trees...
Villa accommodates 10 to 12 guests.
This modern villa is located in Smolonje, lovely small place only approximately 10 kilometers distanced from Omis. It is built on 3 levels.
Ground floor of the house consists of garage for secure car parking, cellar, and playroom with table tennis.
First floor:
On this floor there are cozy kitchen fully equipped with a large fridge, dishwasher, and all necessary electrical utensils, all dishes and cooking utensils. There is also dining room in which is a table with 12 chairs / seats, living room with sofa / extra bed for 2 persons/, SAT TV, DVD, and CD player. On this floor there are two double bedrooms with king size beds and luxury equipped en suite bathrooms with hot tub. There is also a toilet inb which is washing machine.
Second floor:
The second floor comprises of 3 double bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin bedroom with beds easily converted to double bed). Each bedroom has en suite bathroom. The separate area on the second floor is a Jacuzzi room (Whirlpool hot tub for 4 people) with a separate shower tub and lounge chairs. The concrete that forms the villa’ building here remains exposed across ceiling and provides walls contrasted by the warmth of wood and floor heating, imitating contrast of astonishing mountain Mosor and surrounding mature trees view you enjoy while relaxing in the Jacuzzi.
Each floor has 2 huge private balconies from where you may enjoy never – ending view. Wicker armchairs and tables placed on the balconies are there to provide you with perfect place for peace and relaxation.
Outside:
Nicely arranged outside area (822 m2) consists of Infinity (30m2) swimming pool surrounded by sun decks. There are 6 deckchairs, dining table, barbeque, and outdoor / summer kitchen. Exterior up lightning creates a cozy glow around the entire property, making it possible to enjoy exterior spaces into the late evening.
