This beautiful villa is located only several kilometers from town Pazin, and it offers full privacy enriched within surrounding nature, amazing garden and terrace with swimming pool, children playground, outdoor dining, and grill, all set up at large private property.
Inside, this spacious property offers fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room, 4 bedrooms, 2 studios with beds and smaller kitchen each, 5 bathrooms, and one toilet.
Villa consists of 2 floors and may accommodate 12 guests; it is perfect choice for large family vacations.
Ground floor:
Ground floor is divided in 2 parts. Central part consists of fully equipped open plan kitchen and dining area. In the extension to this is living room with sofa, armchairs, and LCD SAT TV. One toilet belongs to this central part of the ground floor.
The other part of ground floor is connected to the central part, and consists of 2 studios. Each studio has double bed and small kitchen with dining area. There is also shared bathroom with shower.
First floor:
Up to the internal staircases are 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom has en-suite bathroom and double bed.
In villa, you will also find entertainment room with pool / billiard table, table tennis, and sofa.
Villa especially adjusted to the children of all ages, as there is Play Station Console, children playground, sandbox, and entertainment room.
Outside:
Villa is located in large private property; beautiful maintained lawn and gardens full of flowers and other plants.
The central part of outdoor area is certainly swimming pool enriched with sun beds and umbrellas.
Outdoor yard also offers children playground with swing and toboggan, as well as sandbox. For full relaxation, you will find hammock in natural shade of pine trees.
