This beautiful house with large yard and swimming pool is situated in small place Cilipi in Konavle, Dubrovnik region.
Besides large swimming pool, house offers beautiful front yard full of greenery, flowers, and maintained lawn. It is perfect for children as location is peaceful and secure.
Aside of the outdoor terrace is a porch with dining table perfect for alfresco dining or family gatherings.
Inside, house consists of kitchen with dining area, living room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.
House accommodates 6 to 8 guests.

Layout:
Inside you will find fully equipped kitchen with all appliances (dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle…) together with dining area with table and chairs.
In this room is also one sofa that may be transformed into comfy extra bed if needed.
In living room is large corner sofa with flat screen SAT TV.
House has 3 bedrooms; 2 with double beds and one with 2 single / twin beds. There are also 2 bathrooms, both with shower and hairdryer.

Outside:
In front of the house is large (40 square meters sized) swimming pool.
Next to the swimming pool are sun beds for full relaxation. At the terrace is covered porch with wooden dining table and seats where guests may get pleasure from in fresh prepared meals or just gather and enjoy the time together.
Entire house is surrounded by greenery, beautiful maintained lawn and garden, and few terraces with furniture.
All in all, this house offers peaceful and relaxing vacations in the vicinity to various facilities, towns like Cavtat and Dubrovnik, amazing beaches with crystal clear sea, and all other attractions, but at the same time it offers tranquility and move away from everyday noise and crowd.
