This amazing villa is located within olive groves and offers full privacy and peace on 5.200 square meters of private property.

Inside, villa has 2 floors; ground floor and first / upper floor connected by internal staircases, with the 450 square meters of living space.
Villa offers fully equipped kitchen with spacious dining and living room, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, one guest toilet, and air conditioned wine boutique with over 75 bottles of vines.
Villa accommodates 8 guests.

At the ground floor of this modernly and tastefully furnished villa is spacious, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and kitchenware, bar and bar chairs. Right next is bright dining area with stylish dining table and chairs. There is also living area with sofa, armchairs, and flat screen SAT TV. At this floor is also one bathroom with shower and guest toilet. Next to the staircases that leads to the upper floor is stylish wine boutique with the 75 vine bottles as additional offer.
Up to the stairs are 4 bedrooms. All bedrooms have flat screen TV. 2 bedrooms are with en-suite bathrooms, and other 2 shared one bathroom.
There are also covered terrace in front of the villa and balconies at the upper floor, from bedrooms, and from there you may enjoy scenic views at the surrounding nature, olive groves, and sea.
Villa is air conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi Internet access.
Outside:
Large pool with heating possibility, counter current swimming system, and water massages is central part of the outdoor area. There is also outdoor shower, lounge area with terrace furniture, and sunbeds around the pool for full relaxation. From stylishly decorated pool terrace you may enjoy amazing views and feel the smell of fresh air, pure nature where surrounding olive groves dominates, and sea for complete peace and full privacy with your family and friends.
There is also aside house with fully equipped summer kitchen with stone barbecue / grill and dining area. Small house is fully equipped and air conditioned so you may enjoy preparing fresh meals during the hot summer days and enjoy every moment of your holidays.
There is also covered porch for outdoor dining and playground with artificial grass perfect for relaxing football game with children or friends.
Entire property is surrounded by olive trees which gives additional peace and Mediterranean charm to this place.
Private parking spaces are provided and secured by ramp which is opened only by remote controller.
