Villa is located in small place Lozica, elite suburb of Dubrovnik, and therefore it offers peace and quite, and full privacy right at the sea.
Besides interior design and decor which includes details like Swarovski chandeliers, Persian rugs, Travertino Navona Marble flooring, Croatian oak floors which altogether give entire villa a special sophisticated atmosphere, large windows offers plenty of sun and daylight inside and therefore offer amazing views to the sea and surrounding islands.

There are 5 double bedrooms in the villa, sleeping ten guests, while two more can be accommodated on pull-out sofa.
Three bedrooms are positioned on the west side, and two separate guest units on the east side, secluded and perfect for older kids, friends or staff.
Guests will have access to all that is available in this villa. For fun nights and relaxation they can go outside the house and spend their time in the infinity pool. After or before time spent in the pool you can prepare snacks and sip wine in the outside kitchen and at the same time admire all the beauty nature has to offer and give you. From the outside dining area the view spreads to turquoise blue sea and some of the islands close by.
Villa has 5 bedrooms, and one of them is a spacious master bedroom where you will feel like you are in heaven, the view from the bed spreads to the sea and the islands and it is one of a kind experience to say goodbye to the day that is ending and wake up with sun rays on your face.
Outside the house there is a stone staircase that are leading you to private beach and boat mooring where you can moor a boat up to 15 meters long. The dock has lounge chairs where you may lay down and soak up sea energy just like local people do.
