This beautiful house is located in the large private vineyard and thus it provides relaxing holidays in complete privacy.
The vicinity of Bol center and famous beach ‘Zlatni rat’ makes this house even more attractive, since Bol is one of the most popular Croatian tourist centers.
In front of the house is swimming pool surrounded by sun beds and umbrellas, as well as furnished terrace with dining table with chairs, and traditional stone barbecue / grill.
Inside, house consists of kitchen with dining and living area, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.
House accommodates 4 to 5 people.
Ground floor:
Right when you enter the house doors you will find kitchen with all kitchen appliances together with dining area and living room with sofa that may be used as an extra bed if needed.
Next is one bathroom with shower.
Near is one bedroom with double bed and separated entrance. Bedroom has en-suite bathroom with shower.
First floor (attic):
Up to the stairs is second bedroom with double bed and air condition unit.
Outside:
House is located in the middle of the private vineyard, and since it is only 250 meters distanced from the beautiful sandy beach which is also one of the most famous Croatian beaches, vacations in this house offers full relaxation in natural environment.
In front of the house is terrace with table and chairs perfect for al fresco dining and there is also traditional stone barbecue / grill.
Right next is beautiful swimming pool surrounded by sun decks and umbrellas.
House provides free paring for their guests behind the house.
