At the ground floor is fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and dining area with table and chairs. Next to the kitchen is small storage room.
Next to this area is living room with sofa and armchair, indoor fireplace, and LCD SAT TV.
At this floor are also 2 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and exit to the outdoor terrace.
First floor:
At the first floor are 2 more bedrooms, each with exit to private balcony and bathroom.

At the covered part of the terrace, which is in extension to ground floor, are summer kitchen and dining area with table and chairs.
