Villa accommodates 6 to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms.
Ground floor:
Modern kitchen equipped with oven, electric hob, cooker hood, electric kettle, blender, dishwasher and comfortable dining table for 6 extending into nice living area enriched with leather sofa bed and TV are situated on ground floor. A double bedroom with shower bathroom and separate toilet is also on this floor.
First floor:
There are 2 double bedrooms and two bathrooms set on this floor. They share a lovely balcony with sitting garniture and interesting view reaching all the way to the sea.
Each bedroom has small LCD TV and there is a free Wi-Fi. The entire villa is air-conditioned and has a modern heating system.
Outside:
The beautiful terrace is spreading on 100 m2 where is a swimming pool sized 3,5 x 10 m, sun beds, outdoor shower, large gas grill and a garden garniture.
Two covered parking places are available.
