This charming house is located right in front of the sea in bay near Sumartin and Selca in Brac island.
House offers beautiful terrace with garden and traditional stone barbecue and balconies with amazing sea view for full relaxation.
Inside, house is set up on 2 floors, consists of 2 separated apartments that are rented as one unit.
In total, there are 2 kitchens with dining area, living room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.
House accommodates 6 to 8 guests.
Ground floor:
At the ground floor is kitchen, living room with sofa that may be transformed into an extra bed for 2 people if needed. This area is opened onto the terrace and garden.
There is also one bedroom with twin beds, and bathroom with shower.
First floor:
At the first floor are fully equipped kitchen, charming dining area, and living room.
This area is opened onto the balcony equipped with seating furniture that offers breathtaking sea view.
At this floor are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, and one with 2 single / twin beds, as well as one bathroom with shower.
Both floors of this seafront house are air conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi Internet access, LCD SAT TV & DVD player.
Outside, in between ground and first floor is small laundry room with washing machine and one more toilet.
Outside:
In front of the house are 2 terraces and beautiful small gardens with flowers and other plants which in combination to the sea and fresh air provide truly relaxing atmosphere.
Terraces are equipped with seating garniture. There is also traditional stone barbecue with outdoor dining area. 2 Outdoor showers are also in front of the house.
2 Private parking spaces are right next to the house.
