Amazing stone villa handmade by Island Brac stone-cutter, situated only 30 meters from beautiful pebble beach, with most interesting swimming pools and garden full of Mediterranean plants, offers great holiday oasis for larger families with children.
Children may spend whole day in the garden, playing in between plants and greenery, at the children playground, bath in the swimming pools, or at the nearby beach.
Villa has 7 bedrooms and it is a really great place for family reunions and holidays in Croatia.
Divided in 4 apartments, so each part of the family or friends who spend their holidays together may have own privacy.
Each apartment has kitchen, bathroom, and 1 or 2 bedrooms, and balcony with sitting garniture.
This is great example of Mediterranean building as it once was, but completely adjusted to the needs of modern people.
Villa accommodates up to 14 guests.

Ground floor:
Consisting of 2 apartments. One apartment has 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and small balcony with sitting furniture.
Other apartment consisting of double bedroom and twin bedroom, kitchen and small balcony with sitting garniture.
One apartment's kitchen have dishwasher, while both kitchens are equipped with stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee machine.
Outside of the house, stone stairs leads to second floor..

First floor:
Two separate apartments are at the second floor.
One apartment has 2 double bedrooms, kitchen equipped with coffee machine, stove, microwave and refrigerator, dining area and bathroom.
This apartment also has balcony with nice sea view.
Other apartment has one double bedroom equipped kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
All apartments have SAT TV, free Wi Fi Internet access and air-condition.

Outside:
Swimming pools with sun beds, sitting furniture and barbecue are just in front where you will probably spend entire day.
Next to the pool there is a children sand box and children house for playing.
Private parking for 6 cars is available next to the villa.

ADDITIONAL OBLIGATIONS AND POLICIES:
Damage deposit: 200, 00 € (payable directly to the villa owner / manager upon arrival and returned upon departure)
Tourist tax is included in accommodation price.
