Luxury villa in Okrug Gornji near Trogir is newly built stone villa constructed in a traditional Dalmatian style. This luxury stone villa is just perfectly integrated in the natural green zone which creates a feeling that it has always been there.

It consists of living room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 double bedrooms, and one ‘room for a crew’ with 6 single beds for children or teenagers, 5 bathrooms and large garden in front of the house with swimming pool and sea view.

This modern Villa is located in Okrug Gornji on Island Ciovo, lovely tourist place only 1 kilometer away from the UNESCO town Trogir.

In the ground of this beautiful villa there is a cellar (in Croatian language called konoba). This pleasant and more than all comfortable room provides relaxing area. There are day beds, the sauna for 4-5 persons, toilet and separate shower room, which altogether with heated swimming pool with sea water in it, and impressive sea view makes this area heaven of relax in warm and domestic atmosphere. The wine bar here completes this story in total. There is also large dining area that extends on a covered terrace on the south side with a gorgeous view over the garden and the crystal blue sea that is beyond.

Ground floor:
On this floor there are fully equipped kitchen (cooking utensils, espresso machine, freezer, fridge, dish washer, oven, stove), dining room, and a second living room which is opened onto the terrace with a fantastic sea view. This corner of the villa is ideal to have breakfast while the sun is still low on the horizon.
Kitchen and dining room here have all the facilities that this category of villa expected to have.
One double bedroom with king size bed is also on this floor with the bathroom just next door.

First floor:
The first floor offers 3 large bedrooms. The Master suite has a king size bed with en suite bathroom with shower, bath and a large terrace with sea view. Two other rooms are also double, very tasteful decorated and have also an impressive sea view. These two rooms share a large bathroom and toilet. The additional utility room with a washing and drying machine is also situated on this floor.

The last floor / attic provide a comfortable, very nicely decorated, and safe area where kids and /or teens can enjoy and play, as well as watch movies on a TV screen. There are 6 single beds so there may sleep 6 guests / teenagers very comfortably.

This organization of the house makes the life easier for kids, teens and adults who may find their place in villa without disturbing each other.

Outside:
This idyllic villa is located on 1,000 square meters of landscape ground which stimulate and delight all the senses - pine trees, herb gardens and Mediterranean flora. The panoramic sea view is really impressive due to the high position of the villa on the top of the island, and it offers stunning sunsets, even stargazing at nights, flashes of spectacular Dalmatian coast, and beautiful bays of Ciovo island.
Luxury villa Okrug is a perfect compromise between a very quiet family retreat in a natural environment and an easy access into the nightlife in the nearby historical town of Trogir, which is 15 minutes walking distanced from the villa. Also, beautiful town of Split, as a major Dalmatian town is 30 minutes drive from here.
Villa is ideally situated in a less than 15 minutes drive from Split International Airport, and according to that it is very easy to access.
