This amazing luxury villa is located right in front of the sea, in a small bay distanced only 2.5 kilometers from the center of famous town Hvar.
In the bay is private Nature Park with protected animal species of mouflons, deer, and stags. As this Nature Park is private, it is not opened to the tourists or other people.
Within the park are separated private automatic doors where is entrance to the property and approach to the road. Therefore, villa offers complete privacy to its guests.
In front of the villa, just several steps down, is private beach with concrete plateau and small pebble beach right next, which is perfect for children.
Villa is completely made of white Brac and Hvar stone in authentic Dalmatian style.
There is completely new swimming pool in front for full relaxation in front of the sea.
Area around the villa is set up few levels where each level offers furnished terrace for relaxation or dining area with barbecue.
Villa is also set up on 4 levels with 5 apartments in total.
In total, villa has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 toilets, laundry room, central kitchen and dining area, living room, and small kitchen.
Villa accommodates 12 guests.

Ground floor:
At the first level to the sea is entrance to the first small apartment with double bed and bathroom with shower. This apartment may also be practically used to store beach stuff.

In between ground and first floors are 2 terraces.
First terrace is charming decorated seating area with cushions and coffee table. Aside to this terrace are 2 fridges for wine and sink with tap water.
Upper terrace is covered dining area with table and chairs, perfect for having breakfast.
Right near is room with toilet and washing machine.

First floor:
At the first floor are 2 apartments. Each apartment has one bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.
At this level is central kitchen with all appliances and separated dining area where is large 2 side fridge.
This area is opened onto covered sea view terrace with outdoor terrace for relaxation.

Second floor:
At this level is 2 bedroom apartment. First bedroom is with double bed while second bedroom has 2 separated / twin beds. There is also one bathroom with shower and one separated toilet, as well as small kitchen with sink and fridge.
In front of this apartment is large terrace, partly covered and equipped with comfy seating furniture for seating or lying.
Aside to this is gazebo with large stone dining table and chairs suitable for 20 people. There s also traditional stone barbecue.

Third floor / attic:
Last floor is attic floor with one double bedroom and bathroom.
It may be used for staff people like cook and maid who take care for villa guests.

Outside:
In front of this amazing stone villa is private beach, concrete one paved in stone and equipped with sun beds as well as small pebble beach with very easy access to the sea, perfect for children.
As villa is situated within Nature Park it offers complete privacy. Entire villa is surrounded by greenery, palm and pine trees. 3 large terraces equipped with seating furniture, outdoor bed, dining tables with chairs, small summer kitchens with sink, fridges, and BBQ in combination with surrounding nature, greenery, and sea in front provide peaceful Mediterranean atmosphere where guests may experience full relaxation.
