This beautiful and completely renovated stone villa is located in historical center of town Hvar in island Hvar.
Main Hvar square, also called Pjaca, Hvar city port, as well as sea and beach are at the walking distance from villa.
Besides great location and amazing views from balcony, villa offers beautiful private terrace in front where you will find private lounge area and Jacuzzi hot tub for full relaxation.
Inside, villa is set up on 3 floors (ground, first, and second floor), and consists of fully equipped main kitchen with dining and living area, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and top floor smaller handy kitchen with dining and living area.
In 3 bedrooms, villa accommodates 6 guests.

At the ground floor of this beautiful stone Hvar villa you will find main kitchen with fridge and freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, water kettle, dishes and cooking and eating utensils.
There is also stylish wooden dining table with accompanying chairs, as well as spacious charming living room area with indoor fireplace, sofa, armchairs, and seating furniture.
This area is opened onto main outdoor terrace with Jacuzzi hot tub and lounge area.
Up to the internal stairs from the ground floor is first floor where you will find 2 bedrooms, each with double bed and 2 bathrooms. There is also balcony at this floor.
At the upper, second floor is one more bedroom with double bed, bathroom, small handy kitchen with dining area, stylish living area with furniture, and another balcony from where you may enjoy in amazing views at the sea, Hvar center, and surroundings.
Villa is air conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi Internet access.
In front of this beautiful villa is fenced yard with Jacuzzi hot tub, sun beds, and charming lounge area.
Although villa is located near Hvar town center, the neighborhood is quiet and at the walking distance, approximately 100 meters from villa is famous Hvar Saint Stephen’s square which is downtown Hvar.
All other facilities like shops, restaurants, bars, beaches, and other attractions are few minutes easy walking from villa.

Damage deposit: 400,00 € (payable upon arrival and returned upon departure)
Tourist tax is included in accommodation price.
PLEASE NOTE: Final Cleaning fee is not included in prices, it is payable directly to the villa owner / manager upon the arrival in amount of 70 € per stay.
