This exclusive villa is located just a few steps through the yard from the sea and beautiful beach in beautiful Malinska, island Krk, the largest Croatian island.
Settled within lush garden full of Mediterranean herbs, this villa offers relaxing holidays enriched with beautiful large swimming pool (48 square meters) with waterfall, closed, winter-garden with Jacuzzi Hot tub, and furnished terraces for dining with BBQ, or just to relax and enjoy in surrounding nature enriched with gentle sea breeze.
Inside, villa is set up on 2 floors and consists of kitchen, dining area, living room, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, one shared toilet, and winter-garden room with Jacuzzi hot tub.
Villa accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
Villa also offers possibility to rent it with staff (chef and maid) who would be at guests’ disposal all the time of stay.

This stylishly furnished and fully equipped villa at the ground floor offers fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances including American fridge and steam cooker, spacious bright dining area with large table and chairs for 12 people, lounge area, spacious living room with comfy sofas opened onto covered lounge area in front, and enriched with modern indoor fireplace and charming aquarium.
At this floor is also one bedroom with double bed, and en-suite bathroom with shower.
In extension to this floor is Jacuzzi room / winter garden, where you may relax and fully enjoy. This part of villa definitely added even more charm and value to this beautiful villa.
Up to the internal staircases are 3 more double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with shower / tub.
Master bedroom at the upper floor offers private terrace with breathless sea views.
Villa is fully air conditioned, including bedrooms, offers free Wi-Fi Internet access, and equipped with flat screen TV in each room / bedroom, SAT TV, VCR, Stereo…
Outside:
Dining room / saloon with BBQ is made in glass windows and doors opened onto outdoor area.
From there, there is only few steps which leads to the large outdoor pool, heart shaped, sized 48 square meters, equipped with waterfall surrounded by sun beds and umbrellas, as well as various Mediterranean plants which provide additional freshness and beauty to this place.
Aside is Jacuzzi room in Winter-Garden area, and only several steps away is the sea and beautiful beach.
Villa also offers several terraces with furniture for relaxation and breathless views.
There is private parking space for guests at the property.

* possibility to rent villa with staff (chef and maid) who would be at guests’ disposal all the time of stay. Staff takes care of everything (air conditioning, pool, cleaning, cooking, preparing, and serving of all meals – menu in agreement with guests).
In these cases, staff lives in separated part of villa, and are at the disposal all the time of your stay, for whatever you need.
