Villa provides accommodation in 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 toilet, 2 living rooms and a large professional kitchen.
Outside is an infinity swimming pool from where guests can enjoy splendid sea views. There are also sea view terraces, BBQ and outdoor dining area.
Villa runs on solar energy and has private water tanks.
Villa is ideal for accommodation of 10 adult guests in 5 bedrooms and 4 children on sofa beds.
Layout:
Villa is built in order to blend with nature and is divided in 2 half’s.
One half has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one living room and open plan kitchen. Other half has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, one living room and an open plan kitchen.
Bedrooms are luxury furnished with medical and ergo mattresses and three anatomic pillows per guest.
Both kitchens are equipped with washing machine, oven, microwave, freezer and everything you need to cook. For colder weather, villa provides floor heating.
Outside:
300 m2 of terraces are there to be used in various time of the day. Covered terrace is best place to be on the warmest part of the day, BBQ terrace is great when you prepare your meals, and infinity swimming pool terrace with sun beds is amazing place in late afternoon.
Private beach with its 580 meters definitely will be your favorite place. Beach is rocky with concrete plateau.
Notes: Distance from Zadar airport is approximately 35 km from air port Zadar with taxi to Biograd; there the guests are picked up by boat, to bring them to the island of Zizanj approximately 20 minutes by boat.
Island Zizanj is car free island so the guests coming by car,can rent guarded parking lot in Biograd na Moru, 6 Euros a day for the car and 10 Euros a day for car and trailer.
