Other terrace is at the other side of the house, and there is outdoor dining table with chairs and barbecue.

Inside, apartment is set up on 2 floors (ground floor and first floor) and it has fully equipped kitchen with dining and living areas, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms, as well as laundry room that may also be a storage room.

This part is opened onto covered front terrace with large oak wood outdoor dining table for 12 people and benches. This terrace is right in front of the private beach.
There are 4 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom.
3 bedrooms are at the ground floor, and one bedroom is at the upper floor.
2 bedrooms have private balconies with sea view.
Each bedroom is air conditioned and has flat screen SAT TV.
At the ground floor is also storage room with washing machine and dryer and this room also may be used as storage room.
Accommodation is fully air conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside:
In front of the house is private beach exclusively for apartment guests.
There are 2 front terraces. First terrace is covered, right in front of the beach and there is oak wood dining table and outdoor barbecue, perfect for preparing and having group meals enriched with fresh air and smell of nature and sea.
At the other terrace there is also covered part and there you may enjoy private Jacuzzi tub and lounge area with garden furniture with sea view.
There is private parking (60 square meters large) and 20 square meters of parking is covered.
