Entire villa is furnished with famous designed furniture (Balducci, Kartell) as well as lighting (DeLight, Bega).
Villa consists of large living room, fully equipped modern kitchen, 4 double tastefully decorated bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a large terrace where 10 guests may be easily accommodated.

In exceptional cases, when there is larger family or group of friends, there is also additional one bedroom apartment just near the villa which is rented upon request and could be additionally charged.
The apartment consists of one double bedroom and living room with sofa, so it may accommodate up to 3 guests.
Hence, villa and the apartment together may accommodate up to 13 guests.
Therefore, villa accommodates 10 to 13 guests.

Ground floor:
At the ground floor of this luxury villa there is living room with comfortable sofa that is also an extra bed for 2 guests, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave oven, side by side fridge, dishwasher, and electric stove, as well as all cooking and eating utensils, and dishes) and three double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom.

First floor:
First floor consists of another living room, kitchen, one double bedroom, one bathroom, and a large terrace.

Outside:
The villa has an overflow swimming pool with water massages, garden furniture such as sun beds in front of the villa and small private beach right below.
In the garden is BBQ, and in front of the house is a parking lot with 4 parking places.
