Picturesque little place Nemira on Omis Riviera is perfect for family holiday.
Charming stone villa is located on uplift and is distanced 150 stairs from the beach (stairs from the villa leads directly to the pebble beach).
Villa consists of 3 bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub, toilet, kitchen, and dining with living room.
The summer life is concentrated in the garden where is a lovely swimming pool and big terrace with wooden table ( suitable for 10 people) overlooking to island Brac.
The garden is fenced and therefore great for children and pets.
Villa accommodates 6 to 7 guests.
Ground floor:
At the ground floor is small kitchen with appliances (freezer, fridge, oven, microwave), dining area, and small living room with SAT TV.
One bathroom and one toilet as well as twin bedroom are also at the ground floor.
Wooden stairs leads to the first floor.
First floor:
Double bedroom and twin bedroom with bathroom (bathtub) are situated at the first floor.
Beautiful sea views are available from bedrooms.
Villa is air conditioned and has free Wi-Fi Internet access.
Outside:
In the fenced garden is a lovely swimming pool and big terrace with wooden table (for 10 people) overlooking the island Brac.
Next to the pool is summer kitchen with outdoor fireplace where the guests can prepare healthy meals for their families.
Covered parking place is 50 meters distanced from villa.
