Nemira is a small place on Omis riviera and it is a favorite destination of families with children. Small pebble beaches and lack of traffic makes this place a little family paradise.
Beach house is surrounded by 1200 m2 large yard with garden which makes this house perfect for children and pets.
From swimming pool area amazing sea view is spreading and even more fascinating is that beach is just 10 meters from the house..
The house is accessible by 150 stairs from the parking place (it is not possible to access the house directly by car).

This adorable house can accommodate 6 to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms.

Ground floor:
At the ground floor is a kitchen (freezer, fridge, oven, microwave) with dining / living room (SAT TV) and bathroom.
Terrace with swimming pool is accessible from living area.

First floor:
Double bedroom and two twin bedroom with bathroom (bathtub) are situated at the first floor. Each bedroom is air conditioned and has exit to the balcony.

Entire house is air conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside:
Large fenced garden with various Mediterranean plants, swimming pool with sun beds, grill and marvelous sea views are highlight of this beach house.
Private parking place is 150 stairs distanced from the house.
