Exclusive Beachfront Villa near Croatian Nature Park Vransko Lake

This exclusive luxury villa is located just near Nature Park Vrana Lake.
Vrana Lake is largest Croatian lake with unusual connection of land and water that offers a refuge to diverse species of herbs and animals. There is also is an ornithological reserve, which is due to its preservation has been included to the list of important ornithological areas in Europe.
Considering that villa is situated in Nature Park of Vransko Jezero, and in order to hold the harmony with surrounding nature, the villa has own solar power electricity and water supply. Generally, massive electricity usage appliances are not used in order to save power and water. If there is still need for an extra power, the big gas powered generator is turned on.
Exclusive villa is situated directly on the beautiful private pebble beach, surrounded by untouched nature and offers all modern appliances necessary for relaxing holidays.
Beachfront luxury villa is divided in several parts and consists of fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, 6 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 5 toilets.
In front are beautiful gardens and terraces with swimming pool, terrace furniture and BBQ area.
Villa accommodates 16 guests.

Ground floor:
Ground floor consists of lobby with separate TV room with LCD SAT TV and a fireplace / wood burning. Near is a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, dishes, and all cooking and eating utensils needed. There is also dining area with table and chairs and one common use toilet.
Separate entrance leads to additional two double bedrooms. This kind of rooms’ arrangement is perfect for VIP guests with staff (chef, maid, nanny….) where staff may function independently and separately from the other guests.
One shared bathroom with shower is also on the ground floor.

First floor:
First floor consists of 2 exactly the same apartments each with separate entrance. Each apartment is divided on two levels and has one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with two single / twin beds, one bathroom with shower, and one extra separate toilet. Second level consists of 2 double rooms, one bathroom with shower, and extra toilet.
In total, at the first floor are 6 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 4 toilets. Each bedroom has LCD SAT TV and air condition unit.

Outside:
On the large and fenced area in front of the villa is beautiful swimming pool with sun beds around. Whole area is furnished with different kind of terrace and garden furniture. There is large stone made barbecue / grill and covered terrace with large dining table.

ADDITIONAL OBLIGATIONS AND POLICIES:
Damage deposit: 700,00 EUR (payable directly to the owner upon arrival and returned upon departure)
Tourist tax is included in accommodation price.

*Please note that two bedrooms mentioned above, with separated entrance at the ground floor are rented in case of bigger groups or families (over 16 people), or guests with accompanying stuff, and are additionally charged, upon prior request.
Otherwise, these two bedrooms are locked during the stay in villa.
