Luxury villa is located in villa resort near small but great Croatian tourist center Primosten.
The vicinity of several Dalmatian towns (Split, Sibenik, Zadar) as well as many small coastline places, famous Marinas (Kremik, Frapa), and two Croatian National Parks – Krka waterfalls and Kornati islands are only some among many advantages of this location.

Careful selections of materials and furniture as well as lightning on both floors and in front of villa provide exceptional feeling for those who stay here. Flat roof made like green garden and amazing sea view from terrace near pool contributes to the natural environment.

Villa accommodates up to 8 guests.

Ground floor:
Spacious space in which are situated large living room with LCD SAT TV and comfy sofa that may easily be transformed into an extra bed for 2 guests and nearby dining area is opened onto large partly covered terrace. On the ground floor is also open plan kitchen equipped with electric ceramic stove, oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher, as well as all eating and cooking utensils. One common use toilet is here as well.

First floor:
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms.
First bedroom has double bed, LCD SAT TV, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also exit to the balcony with amazing sea view.
Second bedroom has double bed, LCD SAT TV, en-suite bathroom with shower, and as the first bedroom it has exit to the balcony.
Third room has two separate beds (twin beds), LCD SAT TV, and also en-suite bathroom with shower.

Outside:
In front of the villa is a partly covered swimming pool equipped with countercurrent swimming system. The pool terrace has glass door entrance to the ground floor living / dining room. Near is the glassed atrium all in greenery which is one more natural oasis here. There is also sauna with shower room. Pool terrace is equipped with sun beds and garden furniture where you may enjoy the natural shade during the hot summer days.

In front of the villa are two covered parking places. The entrance door opens with security code, and inside is video monitoring system. Villa size is 375 square meters.

ADDITIONAL OBLIGATIONS AND POLICIES:
Damage deposit: 1.000,00 € (payable upon arrival and returned upon departure)
Tourist tax is not included in accommodation price. It is payable directly in villa;
Tourist tax prices: 1 euro per adult per day; 0,7 euro per child (12-18 years) per day.
Children younger than 12 years do not pay tourist tax.
