Primosten Luxury villa with Pool on Croatian Coast

This four bedroom villa located near Primosten belongs to the luxury villa resort. Villa is built on 2 floors with total size of approx. 330 square meters. Luxury built and equipped, with flat roofs made like beautiful green terraces in cascade shape in front, with unobstructed sea view, make this place the oasis of nature and relax.

The resort has direct entrance from the Adriatic highway, so it is easily accessible.
Villa is equipped with all luxury amenities, designer furniture and lightning, and it has security code for the entrance door as well as the video monitoring system inside the villa.

Ground floor:
Here is open plan kitchen fully equipped with all needed dishes, cooking and eating utensils as well as oven, electric ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, and dishwasher. There is also one toilet near. The large space in front of the kitchen belongs to dining and living area with comfy sofa and LCD SAT TV. It is opened onto the pool terrace.

First floor:
On the first floor 4 bedrooms are located. 3 out of 4 bedrooms are with king size bed, LCD SAT TV, and en-suite bathrooms with shower. Fourth bedroom has twin beds / 2 separate beds, LCD SAT TV, and also has en-suite bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have exit to the balcony with amazing sea view.

Outside:
In front of the villa there is swimming pool, partly covered. Swimming pool is equipped with countercurrent swimming. Near the pool terrace there is a sauna room with belonging shower room. On the terrace there are sun beds and terrace garniture.

ADDITIONAL OBLIGATIONS AND POLICIES:
Damage deposit: 1.000,00 € (payable upon arrival and returned upon departure)
Tourist tax is not included in accommodation price. It is payable directly in villa;
Tourist tax prices: 1 euro per adult per day; 0,7 euro per child (12-18 years) per day.
Children younger than 12 years do not pay tourist tax.
