Ground floor:
Ground floor compromises of open plan kitchen equipped with oven , dishwasher, microwave, freezer; large living room with pull out sofa bed, SAT TV and air condition unit; to double en suite bedrooms and separate toilet. Internal stairs leads to upper floor.

First floor:
We are entering in to the living room with sloping ceilings enriched with SAT TV and air condition. From living room is an exit to the terrace equipped with sitting garniture. Beautiful views to countryside are available from terrace. A double bedroom and triple bedroom ( double bed plus single bed) , two bathrooms, kitchen (oven, dishwasher, freezer) are also on this floor.
Wi Fi Internet is available.

Outside:
Large property sized 9000 square meters with flowers and trees, natural garden, orchard, swimming pool round (5 m diameter, depth 120 cm) equipped with outdoor shower, table tennis, boccie court, barbecue, children's playground (swing).
Garage for one car is at guests disposal. Parking places are on premises.
For all guests arriving with boat, or wanting to rent a boat, there is a private mooring on the sea, 2 km away.
