At the ground floor there is charming living room with comfy sofa, fireplace and LCD SAT TV & DVD player. Modern kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, freezer, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven and coffee machine. It is connected with dining area, containing dining table and chairs. There is another living room with sofa bed for 1 person and small wooden table. There are 2 bedrooms. First bedroom is triple with one double bed plus one single bed, as well as LCD SAT TV. Second bedroom is double. Next are 2 bathrooms with shower. There are also 2 beautiful terraces with sitting furniture for full enjoyment.

Outside:
Villa is surrounded by spacious and maintained garden with olive trees. Inside the green oasis there's a swimming pool for full relaxation, outside grill, and garden furniture for evening gatherings.
Next to the villa is children' playground, perfect for the youngest ones.
Villa also provides free private parking space.
