This stone villa, renovated few years ago, and its front terrace offers gorgeous views on Sumartin center and crystal clear sea.

Villa consists of 2 floors where are kitchen, dining, living room, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 studio apartments, each with small handy kitchen and dining / living area, double bed, and bathroom.
In 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, villa accommodates up to 10 guests.
Ground floor:
At the ground floor is kitchen with all appliances, dining area, and living room.
There are 3 bedrooms, each with double bed, and 2 bathrooms.
Master bedroom at ground floor has an exit to balcony that offers amazing sea and Sumartin harbor view.
Ground floor is directly connected to the outdoor covered terrace with summer kitchen, BBQ, and large dining table suitable for 10 people.
First floor:
At this floor are 2 studio apartments, each with handy kitchen with dining and living area, double bed, and bathroom with shower.
Apartments are connected to one of the outdoor terraces with dining table and chairs.
Outside:
In front of villa is swimming pool with heating possibility, spacious seating terrace, beautiful garden, and parking for 3 cars.
Around the pool are sun beds and umbrellas for full relaxation.
Entire outdoor area is suitable for children, and offers truly relaxation enriched with fresh air and sea breeze.
There is also summer kitchen with stone barbecue and outdoor dining area with table and chairs under covered part of the terrace, with 10 seats.
This area is perfect for fresh prepared meals and family or friends gatherings.
Upper floor is connected to another, smaller terrace with dining furniture, so guests may enjoy early breakfast enriched by calming sea view.
