Villa is located in vicinity to all attractions, Hvar town and its rich nightlife, restaurants at 10 minutes walking distance, and beautiful pebble beach only 600 meters away.
On the other hand, villa has nice pool and rocky beach is just next to the villa – ideal for morning swimming.

In 6 lovely bedrooms and 6 bathrooms villa accommodates 12 to 14 guests.
Ground floor:
Kitchen with all modern appliances, dining area with sliding doors opening to the terrace with most beautiful sea views. Living room with nice sofas and SAT TV.
2 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms and one twin bedroom also with en-suite bathroom are also on the ground floor of this amazing Hvar villa.
An internal staircase leads to the first floor.
First floor:
First floor consists of fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed ( extra bed) and one romantic metal bed, enriched with large SAT TV.
There are also 3 bedrooms, two with double bed, and one with twin beds, and 2 beautiful bathrooms.
All bedrooms have exit to the balcony from where you can enjoy in panoramic sea view...
Entire villa is air-conditioned and has free Wi Fi Internet access.
Outside:
The large terrace that covers the roof of 2 private garages is entertainment center for the guests. Usually guests play table tennis during the day and enjoy in lovely sunsets in the late afternoons.
At night you can enjoy swimming in lighted swimming pool.
Within the garden is summer pavilion where is another kitchen with barbecue, living room, and laundry room.
Villa has apartment with separated entrance for villa staff. Staff is taking care of garden and pool and once a week they change sheets and linen in the villa.
2 parking places are available in garage and additional 2 places in front of the garage.

**Possibility to add up to 3 more extra beds in villa, therefore to accommodate up to 15 people - upon prior request – additionally charged (60 euro per person per day).
Damage deposit: 800, 00 € (payable to the owner upon arrival and returned upon departure)
