Situated 80 meters away from the beach and 20 walking minutes to the center of Hvar, this villa is perfect for family or group of friends. In the Hvar center guests can enjoy in many great restaurants, rent a boat and visit Palmizana island known for great beaches or relax in one of the many coffee bars with a great view to Marina.
This Hvar villa accommodates 8 guests in four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Ground floor:
At the ground floor, there is a large, open plan kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dining area and a living room with French windows opening onto the covered part of a private garden with garden furniture, which leads to the private outdoor pool.
Living area is enriched with A/C unit, flat screen SAT TV, DVD player, CD player.Double bedroom and bathrooms are on this floor too.
The entire floor is air conditioned.
First floor:
Three double air conditioned bedrooms with three bathrooms are set on the first floor.
There is a free Wi-Fi available in entire villa.
Outside:
In the villa garden is a swimming pool with sun beds and next to the pool is a covered terrace with garden furniture and portable BBQ.
Parking is available nearby.
