This Hvar villa is situated in the western part, at the walking distance Hvar town center and close to the beach (80 meters).
Peaceful part of the town ensures quiet and relaxing holidays while entertainment and activities are available within a short walking distance.
In four bedrooms, this gorgeous villa accommodated 8 guests.
Ground floor:
At the ground floor is a large, open plan kitchen connected to the dining area and sitting room with French windows opening onto the covered part of a private garden equipped with garden furniture, which leads to the private outdoor pool.
Living area is enriched with A/C unit, flat screen SAT TV, DVD player, and CD player.
Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge.
There are one double, air-conditioned bedroom and a bathroom on this floor.
First floor:
Three double, air conditioned bedrooms with three bathrooms are set at the first floor.
There is a free Wi-Fi Internet access available in the entire house and front yard.
Outside:
The garden with kidney shaped swimming pool, covered terrace with garden furniture, and portable barbecue is in front of the villa.
Parking is available nearby.
