Ground floor: A spacious, modern and fully equipped kitchen with all appliances; Dining area with large dining table and small mini bar with different kind of drinks.
Spacious living room with sofa, wide LCD SAT TV, comfy corner sofa, armchairs, and small library, plus one guests' toilette, all set up on 80 square meters.
At the ground floor is also one bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom.

Upper floor consists of 4 double bedrooms, and each has private bathroom with shower.
2 completely new bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are added to the villa property in 2019.
Therefore, villa consists of 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.
